Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy based in the United States.

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping the strategy and performance of a complex logistics, repair, and distribution network.
You will lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and the organization’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational improvement, financial analysis, and capacity optimization.
You will work closely with executives, clients, actuaries, procurement, forecasting, and business development teams to align supply with demand.
With responsibility for inventory budgets exceeding $100M, your decisions will directly influence margins, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will also lead and develop a team of directors and managers across planning, analytics, procurement, and order management.
