Director, Software Engineering

This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on building and guiding the teams responsible for critical internal platforms and shared services.
You’ll own the people strategy, engineering standards, technical direction, and delivery quality for a domain supporting core commercial and financial workflows.
The role combines deep technical credibility with organizational leadership, operating through engineering managers and technical leads rather than as an individual contributor.
You’ll help shape architecture, development practices, quality standards, technology choices, and the evolution of shared platform capabilities.
Working within a matrixed, pod-based environment, you’ll partner with product, architecture, security, compliance, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Your leadership will help create a stable, scalable technology foundation while enabling teams to move quickly and deliver reliable solutions.
