This is a senior philanthropy leadership opportunity focused on building transformational donor relationships and driving meaningful national impact.
You will lead a high-value portfolio of donors and prospects, with personal accountability for generating an initial $2–$3M annually.
The role combines major gifts strategy, personalized stewardship, leadership giving, team development, and revenue planning.
You will help shape a growing philanthropy function by strengthening its systems, processes, culture, and donor pipeline.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate organizational priorities into compelling fundraising strategies and donor experiences.
