You will lead a team of creative strategists while serving as a strategic partner to a portfolio of high-value clients. The role combines creative leadership, performance marketing expertise, client management, and business development in a fast-moving agency environment. You will turn performance data and audience insights into scalable creative strategies, testing frameworks, and actionable learnings. Working across Media, Strategy, Production, Design, UGC, Influencer, Client Services, and Operations, you will help deliver high-performing creative across the customer journey. You will also play a key role in evolving creative processes, adopting emerging technologies, and building systems that enable teams to work smarter and deliver stronger results.
