Director of Corporate Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Corporate Development based in the United States.

This is a senior growth leadership opportunity focused on expanding a nationwide ambulatory surgery center network through physician partnerships, health system relationships, joint ventures, and strategic market development.
You will identify high-value opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders, and lead complex transactions from initial outreach through closing.
The role combines strategic business development, healthcare market analysis, financial acumen, negotiation, and transaction leadership.
You will work closely with physicians, health systems, executive leadership, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Clinical teams to structure partnerships that create long-term value.
As a visible representative in the marketplace, you will help strengthen the organization's position as a preferred partner while identifying opportunities for continued expansion.
The position offers significant autonomy and influence, with responsibility for managing a complex pipeline and shaping growth strategy across existing and emerging markets.
It is particularly well suited to an experienced healthcare corporate development professional with strong physician relationships and an established network in the ASC sector.
