This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity to build a measurement and insights function from the ground up.
You will define the infrastructure, processes, and strategy used to determine campaign effectiveness and turn data into actionable decisions.
Starting as a player-coach, you will personally build SQL queries, dashboards, and measurement workflows while developing a small technical team.
The role spans first-party platform data and third-party measurement sources, creating a holistic view of campaign performance.
You will partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Client Success, Product, and Engineering to establish measurable success criteria and scalable solutions.
You will also help transform sophisticated measurement capabilities into a commercially viable, revenue-generating offering.
This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, values automation, and wants to shape a function from first principles while remaining technically hands-on.
