Director, Marketing

This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role with full ownership of strategy, growth, brand, budget, agencies, team, and results.
You will lead marketing for a mission-driven, virtual-first healthcare organization serving people and families affected by neurodegenerative diseases.
The role combines brand building, performance marketing, lifecycle engagement, B2B/B2B2C communications, and data-driven growth.
You will report directly to the CEO and shape the marketing roadmap while personally driving high-impact initiatives.
A major near-term priority is launching a new brand and website while scaling acquisition and strengthening funnel measurement.
You will build internal marketing capabilities, manage agency partners, and create messaging that resonates with patients, caregivers, providers, health plans, and life sciences partners.
