Director, Integrated Care Learning & Development

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the learning and development strategy supporting complex, multi-market integrated care programs.
You will lead a multidisciplinary learning organization spanning training, clinical and operational education, precepting, instructional design, and workforce enablement.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of learning journeys, onboarding, curriculum, readiness, reinforcement, and effectiveness.
You will create scalable learning models while adapting them to different markets, populations, programs, roles, and operational environments.
Working closely with clinical, operational, regulatory, compliance, quality, and enterprise learning partners, you will ensure teams are prepared for business and process changes.
Your work will directly influence workforce readiness, quality, consistency, and performance across integrated care operations.
