Accountabilities
- Own delivery and improvement of GTM systems like Salesforce, LeanData, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Boomi.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM systems professionals.
- Drive best practices in data governance, system design, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Manage the full lifecycle from requirements, architecture, development, UAT, rollout, to support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams for consistent GTM processes.
- Oversee project planning, change management, sprint cycles, and post-release support.
- Serve as primary technical resource for complex system issues and integration challenges.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include 7+ years of GTM systems management experience and 5+ years of people management experience. Candidates must possess advanced Salesforce expertise with certifications, hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS solutions, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 – $175,000 per year, eligibility for bonuses and employee equity, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs. The position is set in a hybrid work arrangement supporting both remote and office-based collaboration.
