Senior Director, Enterprise Data

This is a senior technology leadership opportunity focused on building the systems, data infrastructure, and integrations that enable a rapidly scaling SaaS business. You will own critical enterprise capabilities spanning revenue technology, CPQ, enterprise data, HRIS, integrations, and AI enablement. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape foundational infrastructure rather than simply manage an established environment. You’ll partner closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, IT, and Security to ensure technology supports business growth with consistency and scalability. A major focus will be strengthening data governance, improving system integration, reducing technical debt, and preparing the organization for broader AI adoption. This role is ideal for a pragmatic technology leader who can navigate ambiguity, make objective investment decisions, and build high-performing teams and platforms.
