This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and own an enterprise-scale email deliverability function from the ground up.
You will define the strategy, infrastructure, and standards that ensure customer messages consistently reach the inbox.
The role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities across a large portfolio of e-commerce brands.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to shape deliverability tooling and platform capabilities.
You will also establish scalable processes, monitoring frameworks, and industry relationships that strengthen sender reputation and performance.
As the function matures, you will have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and lead a specialized deliverability team.
