Director, Data Platform

The Director of Data Platform will lead the architecture, scalability, and reliability of a mission-critical data ecosystem supporting healthcare innovation and AI-powered insights. This role owns the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and orchestration to modeling, governance, and delivery across the organization. You will define the technical foundation that enables analytics, experimentation, financial reporting, and AI-driven decision-making. Working closely with data science, analytics, engineering, and business leaders, you will establish scalable standards and ensure trusted access to high-quality data. The role combines strategic architecture, technical leadership, and team development within a remote-first environment.
