This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on building impactful community partnerships and advancing out-of-school-time initiatives at a national level.
The role will lead a diverse portfolio of programs, partnerships, and pilots designed to strengthen youth-serving communities and drive meaningful social impact.
You will guide initiatives from planning and implementation through evaluation, continuous improvement, and sustainable scale.
Success will require strong relationship-building, strategic program management, and the ability to influence across teams and organizations without direct authority.
You will work closely with community organizations, youth-serving networks, funders, internal leaders, and other stakeholders to create lasting partnerships.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including budgets, contracts, operational infrastructure, and team development.
This is a fully remote U.S. role with approximately 25% travel and the opportunity to shape programs with broad community and national impact.
