Director, Category Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Category Management based in the United States.

As Director, Category Management, you will own the strategic initiatives that have the greatest impact on category growth, profitability, retention, and customer value. You’ll operate with broad business accountability across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle engagement, pricing, and new-treatment launches. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, growth, analytics, clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, and customer experience. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, prioritize investments, and turn data into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. You’ll also shape how new products and treatments are brought to market while ensuring an exceptional, trusted customer experience. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for someone with the ambition and range to eventually grow into a General Manager role with full category ownership.
