Director, Cash Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Cash Management based in the United States.

This is a senior healthcare revenue cycle leadership role responsible for overseeing cash management operations and driving strategic improvements across domestic and global service delivery teams.
You will lead critical functions including bank reconciliation, payment posting, unapplied cash resolution, and reconciliation performance.
The role combines operational leadership, financial analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen payment accuracy and cash flow.
You will use performance metrics, payment trends, and denial data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
A key component of the position is managing relationships with global service delivery centers while maintaining consistent productivity and client expectations.
You’ll work closely with transformation teams, operational leaders, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven healthcare environment.
