Director, Business Development -Travel Insured International

This role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding market share across the travel agency distribution channel.
You will identify and acquire high-value agency partnerships across both consortium and independent channels.
The position combines strategic business development, relationship management, sales execution, and industry engagement.
You will build trusted relationships with agency owners, consortium leaders, travel advisors, and other key stakeholders.
Success will depend on developing disciplined growth strategies, creating compelling partnership proposals, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, underwriting, and operations teams to develop solutions that strengthen partner value.
As a highly autonomous individual contributor, you will have significant ownership of your pipeline, targets, market strategy, and customer relationships.
