Dir. Product Commercialization

Lead the commercialization of innovative connected products from early development through launch and post-launch optimization. You will own the end-to-end launch process, coordinating product, engineering, operations, supply chain, retail, marketing, and external partners. The role is highly cross-functional and requires strong judgment to keep complex product programs moving while managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities. You will build the processes, visibility, and operating infrastructure needed to scale commercialization effectively. Your work will directly influence launch readiness, operational execution, product quality, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance.
