Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end performance measurement across marketing channels, ensuring measurement integrity through standardized tracking and data governance.
  • Design and evolve marketing analytics frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance and overall business impact.
  • Synthesize data from multiple platforms to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, data-driven recommendations for marketing leadership.
  • Lead advanced measurement initiatives to evaluate channel effectiveness and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance analytics infrastructure and reporting automation.
  • Develop and standardize dashboards to improve the accuracy and timeliness of insights.
  • Champion analytics automation, enhancing data quality and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytical tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Expertise in marketing measurement and digital tracking frameworks.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, testing methodologies, and ROI optimization.
  • Experienced in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
