Development Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Development Manager based in the United States.

You will own the fundraising strategy across grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving, from prospecting through successful commitments.
The role combines strategic planning, relationship building, grant writing, sponsorship development, and fundraising operations.
You will work closely with leadership and project communities to connect funding opportunities with long-term organizational priorities.
Your efforts will help sustain influential open-source projects and ensure they can continue to grow independently and responsibly.
