Default Risk Specialist

This role is responsible for managing complex default-related matters involving delinquent mortgage loans, with a strong focus on litigation and title curative actions. You will analyze cases, assess financial and legal risk, and support strategies for effective resolution. The position works closely with attorneys, senior leaders, clients, and title companies to ensure matters are handled accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements. You will monitor assigned portfolios, identify trends and process gaps, and recommend improvements that reduce risk. The role also involves maintaining detailed case records, reporting on portfolio activity, and supporting critical legal events.
