This is a senior data science opportunity focused on accelerating growth, customer engagement, retention, and monetization across a fast-moving financial technology environment. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to turn complex questions into measurable business outcomes. The role combines experimentation, statistical analysis, causal inference, forecasting, and machine learning with strong product and commercial judgment. You will have significant autonomy to identify high-impact opportunities and influence strategic priorities through data-driven insights. Your work will help shape how products are launched, optimized, and scaled for millions of Canadian customers.
