As a Sr. Data Scientist - AI Research, you will contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives designed to improve digital experiences and outcomes in a mission-driven environment.
You will partner closely with Data, Product, Engineering, and clinical stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
The role combines advanced analytics, predictive and generative modeling, experimentation, and rigorous evaluation.
You will work with diverse and often messy datasets, developing the data foundations needed to support meaningful product decisions.
Your work will help shape AI-enabled products while ensuring analytical quality, practical impact, and thoughtful evaluation.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to a self-directed data scientist who enjoys technical ownership and solving ambiguous problems.
The position is fully remote within the United States, with the option to work locally from the company’s California headquarters.
