Principal Data Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Data Manager based in Canada.

This is a senior clinical data management role responsible for leading high-quality data management activities across complex clinical research projects. You will serve as a key point of contact for sponsors and project teams, overseeing timelines, deliverables, data quality, and technical or procedural issues. The role combines hands-on data management expertise with project leadership, team oversight, and client collaboration. You will contribute to database design, data review, validation, quality control, and the management of clinical data flows throughout the study lifecycle. You will also help shape data management standards, processes, technologies, and best practices across the organization. The position is well suited to an experienced clinical data professional who is highly organized, quality-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative research environment.
