This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of CareMessage. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in the United States. This role is central to driving insights that improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Metabase, and Google Sheets.
• Perform exploratory and descriptive analyses to identify trends and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through QA processes and collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Optimize SQL queries and document analytical processes.
• Define and track KPIs such as clinical outcomes and patient engagement.
• Communicate findings to inform strategy and program improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred).
• Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Python or R; exposure to predictive analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, public health, or working with social determinants of health data.
