About the Role
This Data Analyst role is critical for supporting the evaluation of key initiatives related to crisis intervention and suicide prevention within a partner company of Jobgether. You will play an instrumental part in advancing data-driven insights that inform national behavioral health strategy and enhance crisis system performance. Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets related to healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a deep commitment to improving behavioral health outcomes through meticulous data work.
Accountabilities
- Clean and manage quantitative and qualitative data.
- Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate program performance, service utilization, and outcomes.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for federal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of technical deliverables and evaluation briefs.
- Collaborate with project managers and experts to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis related to program evaluation or public health.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Public Health, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, Stata, or Python.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with automated processes and documenting data workflows.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
