CX AI Sales Specialist
As a CX AI Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused AI solutions from the initial discovery phase to final implementation. This involves collaborating with various teams, leveraging your expertise to map customer journeys, and enhancing customer experiences through intelligent AI interactions. Accountabilities

- Translate customer insights into clear solution recommendations for technical teams.
- Define pilot scope, success metrics, and rollout strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Engineers to ensure proposed designs are feasible and scalable.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in conversational AI, generative AI, and AI-driven customer experiences.
- Proven experience in pre-sales solution design or CX consulting.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value narratives.
- Strong understanding of virtual agent technologies.
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and consultative communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
