Overview
The CRM Developer & Administrator will manage, customize, and optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to support business operations for American College of Education. This remote role in the US involves collaborating across departments, troubleshooting system issues, and enhancing efficiency through innovation and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM environment (user accounts, security roles, permissions).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply regular updates.
- Customize and configure CRM features including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all customizations.
- Provide technical support, training, and user documentation.
- Assist with data migration, data management, and system reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer.
- Strong expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and relevant consultant designations.
