Overview
The CRM Developer & Administrator will manage, customize, and optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to support business operations for American College of Education. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM environment (user accounts, security roles, permissions).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply regular updates.

- Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer.
