CRM Data Migration Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Data Migration Developer based in India.

As a CRM Data Migration Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
You will work within an Agile environment alongside technical leads, project managers, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex enterprise CRM implementations supporting high-volume contact center environments.
You will help connect CRM platforms with contact center applications, self-service portals, ERP systems, payment gateways, and other enterprise technologies.
Your work will directly influence system performance, data flow, user experience, and adoption across critical business processes.
You will also contribute to continuous delivery, application lifecycle management, training, optimization, and ongoing platform improvements.
This is a remote contract opportunity suited to an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys solving complex technical and integration challenges.
