This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Counsel based in the United States.

This is a broad in-house legal role serving as a trusted advisor across corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, compliance, employment, privacy, and data security matters.
You’ll work closely with business teams to identify and manage legal risk while providing practical, commercially focused guidance.
The role combines hands-on contract ownership with corporate governance, regulatory support, and strategic legal projects.
You’ll manage matters from initial intake through drafting, negotiation, stakeholder alignment, escalation, and execution.
A key focus will be developing scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, workflows, and contract management practices.
You’ll collaborate with teams across People, Product, Business Development, and senior leadership in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
