This remote role sits within a Legal & Compliance function and focuses on managing high-volume commercial contracting across global revenue transactions. You will review, draft, negotiate, and administer a broad range of agreements while helping business teams navigate contractual risks and achieve commercial objectives. The role offers significant exposure to complex transactions spanning professional services, SaaS, software, data protection, government contracts, partnerships, and procurement. You will serve as a key point of contact during negotiations and collaborate closely with legal and business stakeholders. The position also provides an opportunity to improve contracting policies, processes, templates, and risk-management practices.
