Contract Development Analyst

This role supports the development, maintenance, and administration of complex group insurance contracts, certificates, and policies.
You will analyze sold case and underwriting documentation to ensure accurate and compliant contract development.
The position combines contract expertise, data analysis, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help manage statutory requirements, filing timelines, implementation activities, and contract-related service requests.
As a subject matter resource, you will contribute to automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
The role also involves supporting internal teams and responding to complex questions from customers, distributors, brokers, and colleagues.
