In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) team through effective data management and quality oversight. Your expertise will ensure compliance-related data is accurate, secure, and aligned with internal policies. You will leverage enterprise big data platforms to enhance compliance reporting and audits. Key Accountabilities

  • Support management of compliance-related data assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform basic data access, validation, and analysis using Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Assist in enforcing data governance and compliance-related policies.
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to identify compliance issues.
  • Prepare data for compliance audits and internal assessments.
  • Maintain comprehensive data documentation.
  • Support ingestion and validation of data from various sources.
  • Utilize SQL to query and validate compliance-related datasets.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance compliance reporting.
  • Escalate data quality or compliance risks and recommend actions.
  • Keep updated on developments in data governance and compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and data management.
  • Working knowledge of Data Governance and Compliance Support.
  • Proficient in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and API Data Integration.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Big 4 or audit background preferred.
  • Executive-level presentation abilities.
  • Experience leading global and distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • High level of autonomy with the ability to lead initiatives.
  • Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
