The role combines compensation analytics, job architecture, market benchmarking, and end-to-end compensation cycle management.
You will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across a global organization.
Your insights will directly support pay decisions, promotions, organizational changes, workforce planning, and employee retention.
