This is a remote-first opportunity for a commercial attorney looking to build a broad in-house career within a fast-paced technology environment.
You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of SaaS, technology, vendor, partner, and consulting agreements.
The role combines hands-on contract negotiation with opportunities to expand into privacy, compliance, product counseling, and AI regulation.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Compliance, Product, Finance, and other teams, you will help enable growth while managing legal and operational risk.
You will have meaningful exposure to international business activities and emerging issues across data protection, cybersecurity, AI, and legal technology.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have the opportunity to develop into a senior in-house legal leader as your scope and responsibilities grow.
