Coastal Resilience Specialist

The Coastal Resilience Specialist will support strategic initiatives focused on coastal resilience, environmental programs, and cross-organizational collaboration. This role works closely with senior leadership, technical experts, government stakeholders, academic partners, and external organizations to keep complex programs moving forward. You will coordinate strategic activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements while ensuring priorities, deliverables, and deadlines remain on track. The position combines program coordination, executive communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement in a mission-driven environment. You will translate technical and scientific information into clear presentations, reports, briefings, and communications for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
