Chief Product & Technology Officer

The Chief Product & Technology Officer will define and execute the organization’s global product and technology strategy across Product Management, Software Engineering, IT, Data, Analytics, and AI. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will work closely with the CEO and senior executives to connect technology investments directly to business growth and customer outcomes. The role combines strategic vision with operational ownership, overseeing the development of secure, scalable, and differentiated enterprise platforms. You will lead globally distributed teams and drive modernization across products, architecture, infrastructure, and internal technology. The CPTO will also shape the organization’s approach to AI, automation, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
