Chief of Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff based in United States.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a high-ownership operating partner to the CEO and leadership team in a fast-growing, highly regulated healthcare environment.
You’ll own the company’s metrics, operating cadence, strategic initiative portfolio, and a range of critical cross-functional workstreams.
The role is designed to remove meaningful operational and strategic constraints from executive leadership while ensuring priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
You’ll work across financing, compliance, payer strategy, market expansion, vendor management, organizational design, and business operations.
This is an unusually broad opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and prefers owning outcomes over simply advising others.
Over time, the role is expected to develop into a broader operating leadership position, potentially spanning payer strategy, market ownership, or P&L responsibility.
