Change Manager (Mid-Senior)

This role focuses on turning software adoption into measurable business outcomes within customer accounts.
You will work directly with users to understand why new tools are not changing established behaviors and design practical interventions that drive action.
Rather than simply delivering training, you will help users incorporate new decisions and workflows into their day-to-day operations.
You will work with operators, specialists, and executives, tailoring change strategies to different motivations, concerns, and levels of influence.
A key part of the role is connecting user behavior and platform adoption to measurable financial value for customers.
You will operate with significant autonomy, prioritizing accounts where adoption and renewal opportunities create the greatest impact.
Success will be demonstrated through faster time-to-value, increased meaningful usage, measurable customer outcomes, and repeatable adoption practices.
