Business Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between HR business stakeholders and HR technology teams. You will lead comprehensive requirements gathering and business process analysis to transform intricate HR operational needs into scalable solutions within a Workday HCM environment. The position encompasses current- and future-state process mapping throughout the employee lifecycle and delivering functional specifications that facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Analyze and document current and future-state HR business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Engage with HR functions to translate business requirements into specifications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions and workshops.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance documentation and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional BA certification.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Core HCM required).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Expertise in workflow design and documentation tools.
  • Proven experience facilitating stakeholder interviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
