Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to translate business needs into practical technology solutions within a healthcare-focused environment.
You will work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to understand requirements and shape effective application solutions.
The position combines business process analysis, functional design, documentation, user engagement, and application support.
You will contribute to new development initiatives, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvements while ensuring solutions meet agreed scope and quality standards.
The role provides significant exposure to healthcare business processes, enterprise applications, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll also help strengthen team knowledge through training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and structured problem resolution.
