Join a fully remote engineering team building sophisticated portfolio planning and work management capabilities for a global software platform. In this role, you’ll combine strong backend engineering expertise with a product-focused mindset and a deep understanding of user needs. You’ll help evolve architecture that supports millions of work items across thousands of organizations and projects. Your work will span Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, APIs, real-time functionality, and performance optimization at significant scale. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, users, and open-source contributors to turn complex problems into impactful product improvements.
