Backend Engineer

Accountabilities
- Develop and enhance the core product, prioritizing innovative feature implementation.
- Write high-quality code, ensuring practices of clean, organized, and efficient coding.
- Plan and execute unit and integration tests to ensure system robustness.
- Collaborate with different teams, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous professional development with access to new technologies.
Requirements
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and efficient modeling.
- Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with automated testing (RSpec).
- Solid understanding of clean code practices such as design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with processing queues/messaging (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka).
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in Linux.
- Strong Git proficiency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
