Senior Automation QA Engineer (SDET)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer (SDET) based in Brazil.

As a Senior SDET, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of large-scale data platforms supporting critical benefits-related services.
You will design and implement automated testing strategies that operate at scale and integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines.
Working across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and data pipelines, you will identify risks and build robust solutions that prevent defects from reaching production.
You will partner closely with engineers, product managers, QA specialists, data engineers, and technical leaders to embed quality into the development lifecycle from the start.
The role combines hands-on automation engineering with framework evolution, performance testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
You will contribute to fast feedback cycles across frequent code submissions while helping establish a strong culture of shared quality ownership.
