This role offers an opportunity to join an in-house legal team supporting complex commercial and contract matters within a growing, operationally focused organization. The Staff Attorney will provide practical legal guidance across wholesale fuel distribution and fleet fueling operations. You will manage contract terminations and buyout requests, draft and review transaction documents, and help strengthen standard agreements and legal processes. The position provides meaningful exposure to cross-functional teams including Operations, Fuel, Logistics, Real Estate, Credit, and Risk Management. Success requires strong judgment, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders. It is well suited to an attorney seeking greater autonomy and broad commercial experience in an in-house environment.
