This is a senior legal leadership opportunity supporting a growing technology organization focused on public safety and government partnerships.
You will serve as a strategic legal advisor to revenue and growth leadership, guiding complex commercial transactions and high-value opportunities.
The role combines sophisticated contract negotiation, risk management, procurement expertise, and practical business counseling.
You will work closely with sales, finance, operations, compliance, HR, and executive stakeholders to deliver commercially sound outcomes.
A key focus will be strengthening contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and systems to improve efficiency across the commercial lifecycle.
You will also help navigate the legal and regulatory considerations surrounding automated enforcement and public safety technology.
This role is well suited to an experienced commercial attorney who brings sound judgment, independence, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of state and local government contracting.
