This is a highly visible finance leadership role supporting Technical Development and Global Quality organizations within a complex, multinational biotechnology environment.
You will serve as a strategic finance business partner, translating scientific, technical, and operational priorities into sound financial plans and actionable insights.
The role combines FP&A leadership, operational finance, investment analysis, forecasting, performance management, and executive-level communication.
You will help leaders make informed decisions around resources, investments, costs, risks, opportunities, and long-term priorities.
Working across finance, technical, quality, procurement, HR, program management, and other functions, you will connect operational activity with financial performance.
The position offers significant scope to improve planning processes, financial visibility, reporting quality, and decision-making across globally connected teams.
