Associate Director, Plan Documents- Luminare Health

This leadership role oversees the Plan Document function within a dynamic healthcare and benefits environment. You will lead a team responsible for producing accurate, compliant, and client-focused plan documentation while serving as a subject matter expert in benefit interpretation. The role combines people leadership, regulatory expertise, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with compliance, plan-building, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure benefit designs meet client expectations and support efficient claims adjudication. Your guidance will directly influence quality, risk mitigation, client retention, and successful new-client implementations.
