You will help shape HCP marketing strategies and translate customer insights into impactful brand and promotional plans.
The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and close collaboration across commercial and cross-functional teams.
You will partner with clinical, medical affairs, market access, analytics, insights, omnichannel, and field organizations to strengthen launch readiness.
A significant part of the role involves understanding oncology customers, market dynamics, competitive trends, and opportunities to influence behavior.
You will also manage external agency partnerships and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, compliantly, and within budget.
