Associate Director, Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Marketing based in Brazil.

This is a strategic marketing leadership role focused on maximizing the performance of an oncology portfolio in the Brazilian market.
You will shape brand strategy, translate market insights into impactful commercial initiatives, and support the successful launch of new assets.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Supply, and regional teams.
The position also offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, external partners, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
Success will require strong commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn customer and market insights into measurable business outcomes.
Based in São Paulo under a hybrid model, the role includes team leadership and up to 30% travel.
